The new Leica DISTO™ X310 is the only laser distance meter to be dust-tight and protected against water jets – to IP65. In addition, it passes drop tests of up to 2 m height.
Replacing the older Leica DISTO™ D3a the new unit offers even more features inside an updated ruggedized body able to withstand even the toughest conditions.
With a measuring accuracy of ± 1.0 mm, the Leica DISTO™ X310 offers high precision at the touch of a button and with the large, illuminated display the measurement results and supplementary information are clearly and legibly displayed and thanks to the integrated 360° tilt sensor, it can take indirect distance and height measurements with ease.

Smart Horizontal Mode™
Thanks to the combination of distance and tilt measurements you can determine the horizontal distance simply & precisely without the need to hold the unit level. You can take a measurement and the Leica DISTO™ X310 will then automatically calculate the shortest horizontal distance allowing you to measure quickly and easily, even over the top of objects and people.

Room Angle Measurement
The Leica DISTO™ X310 features a simple function for the measurement of angles of room corners. In three quick steps the angle of the returning wall is displayed to a resolution of 0.1°. |

IP65 dirt & water protection
The housing and keypad of the DISTO™ X310 are specially sealed against jet water and dirt. Cleaning is no problem as you can simply place it under running water.

Robust - 2m drop height protection
The sensitive measuring elements of the DISTO™ X310 are protected by solid rubber parts and a sprung bumb system. Proven in drop tests from 2m in height , the DISTO™ X310 is therefore extremely robust. |

Tilt sensor
Thanks to the in-built tilt sensor, you can quickly and simply measure tilts up to 360°. This allows the user to measure the indirect heights, angle of staircases, disabled access ramps and with the use of the timer even roof pitch’s. With the use of the laser you are also able to transfer angles giving you a virtual 80m inclinometer.

Multiple functions
The Leica DISTO™ X310 can also calculate rectangular and triangular areas, volumes, room dimensions and various types of Pythagorean functions such as indirect height. A time delay release and enough memory for up to 20 measurements are just some of the instruments wide range of functions. |
